Our restaurant La Pergola is mentioned in numerous gastronomic guides for its cuisine combining fine produce. (Porc Noir de Bigorre, Poule d’Astarac Bigorre, Tarbais beans, the Madirans of Alain Brumont). The «MOF» of our beautiful Bigorre and the know‑how of our kitchen team will delight the most demanding palates.
